What will my impact be?
As an Implementation Assistant, you’ll play a vital supporting role for our Implementation and Customer Success teams. You’ll be responsible for handling the foundational, detail-oriented tasks that make event setups and customer onboarding smooth. This includes data entry, attendee communications, and platform setup tasks.
Your work will ensure that customers and their attendees experience a polished, seamless event process — and that our senior team members can focus on strategy, relationship management, and complex problem-solving.
Your day to day
- Input attendee, event, and customer data into the PheedLoop system with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with basic event setup tasks on the platform (configurations, forms, content uploads, etc.)
- Make outbound calls/emails to event attendees for reminders, confirmations, or support as directed
- Provide frontline “white-glove” support for attendees during onboarding or live event situations
- Coordinate with Customer Success Coordinators to ensure all implementation tasks are completed on time
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks related to event execution
- Maintain clear documentation of tasks completed and flag any issues for escalation to senior team members

- Clear and professional written/verbal communication (English)
- Ability to stay calm and courteous on attendee-facing calls
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new tools quickly
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment
Things that would make you an all-star
- Previous customer service, call center, or administrative experience
- Experience in the events industry (volunteering, school, or work)
- Familiarity with SaaS tools or CRM platforms
- Bilingual proficiency (English and French)
