About the Role

We are seeking a People Operations Manager to shape and elevate the full employee experience across three fast-growing and innovative companies: PheedLoop (event technology), NordSpace (aerospace), and Genepika (biotechnology).

This is a unique opportunity to work across diverse industries while shaping the people strategy that powers our collective success. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing scalable people systems that support hiring, onboarding, engagement, retention, and career growth. Acting as a connective force between teams, you will play a key role in aligning people operations with business goals, culture, and performance.

If you’re passionate about building great workplaces, thrive in dynamic environments, and want to have a direct impact on the growth of multiple organizations, this role is for you.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Own the entire employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, development, and offboarding.
  • Partner with leadership to identify hiring needs and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Build and optimize scalable HR processes, tools, and systems across all three companies.
  • Develop and manage onboarding programs that set employees up for success.
  • Drive initiatives to support employee engagement, culture, and retention.
  • Create and maintain performance management frameworks that foster growth and accountability.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Oversee benefits, compliance, and workplace policies, ensuring consistency across companies.
  • Organize team events, professional development opportunities, and recognition programs.
  • Track and analyze people metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or related roles.
  • Proven experience building or scaling HR processes in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in fast-paced settings.
  • Comfort working across multiple industries and adapting to diverse team needs.
  • Passion for fostering a positive and high-performance workplace culture.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with HR software and systems (e.g., Collage, BambooHR, or similar).
  • Previous experience supporting multiple business units or companies.
  • CHRP or other HR certification.

Workplace Benefits

  • Competitive salary and health benefits package.
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact across three innovative companies.
  • A dynamic, collaborative workplace with a diverse team.
  • Professional development support, mentorship, and growth opportunities.
  • Team events, social gatherings, and a vibrant office culture.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, proactive, and passionate about people. You’ll thrive if you love solving problems, building structure, and creating environments where employees can do their best work. Working across multiple companies, you’ll play a critical role in shaping culture and operations at organizations that are pushing boundaries in their industries.
