About PheedLoop

PheedLoop is a Toronto-based software company revolutionizing the events and conferences industry. From building innovative software to modernize and automate events, to virtual event technology and custom hardware, our success has been driven by our exceptional engineering and product teams. Located in Toronto, PheedLoop is one of the world’s fastest-growing event technology companies.

Unlike many companies, PheedLoop is entirely bootstrapped and has been profitable since day one. We’re growing quickly but sustainably — and we’re looking for a Product Coordinator to help us bring new ideas to life, improve product workflows, and deliver an amazing experience to our customers. We’re also a small and close-knit team, so beyond just engineering, having an interest in the rest of the company and a collaborative mindset is a must.

Your Day to Day
  • Product Design & Prototyping: Create and refine wireframes, mockups, and user interface designs using Figma.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product priorities and timelines.
  • Feature Development Support: Assist product leads in planning, documenting, and managing new feature rollouts from ideation to delivery.
  • User Experience Improvement: Collect and organize user feedback, identify design or usability issues, and help translate findings into actionable product improvements.
  • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date product requirement documents, release notes, and design libraries.
  • Quality Assurance: Support testing efforts by reviewing UI/UX elements and ensuring visual and functional consistency across platforms.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with design and product management trends, and share insights or tools that can enhance our workflows.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a product, design, or coordination role within a software or SaaS company.
  • Design Expertise: Proficiency with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and component design (required).
  • Technical Familiarity: Understanding of how web applications are built and function (experience with tools like React or Django is a plus but not required).
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, track progress, and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working with designers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Creativity: Strong eye for visual design and usability.
Workplace Benefits
  • Employee health care plan — 100% coverage.
  • Awesome workplace — snacks, team outings, books, learning opportunities, open workspace, beautiful and large office.
  • Direct access to subway line.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone ambitious, creative, and detail-oriented — someone who thrives on problem-solving, loves design, and enjoys turning ideas into reality. You’ll play a key role in connecting teams, driving clarity, and ensuring that our products not only work beautifully but look and feel exceptional. Working on small teams, you’ll have a huge impact and the opportunity to grow quickly across all three companies.
