What will my impact be?

• End-to-End Product Ownership: You’ll own the design process from early concepts and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and final implementation.
• User-Centric Thinking: You’ll deeply understand our users (event organizers, attendees, internal teams) and translate their needs into thoughtful, practical design solutions.
• Product Quality: You’ll raise the bar for usability, consistency, and polish across our platform.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You’ll work closely with engineering, operations, and leadership to bring ideas to life quickly and effectively.

Your Day-to-Day

• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for new features and product improvements
• Translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, product needs, and real user insights
• Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across the platform
• Support both customer-facing product features and internal tools when needed

What You’ll Bring

• A strong portfolio showcasing product design work (web and/or SaaS preferred)
• Experience with modern design tools (Figma or similar)
• Understanding of UX principles, user flows, and interaction design
• Ability to balance creativity with practicality
• Interest in learning about event technology and how our platform operates
