PheedLoop is the all-in-one event management platform for associations, trade shows, and corporate event teams. We're growing fast and organic search is one of our biggest untapped channels. We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own SEO as our primary growth lever, with the flexibility to contribute across the broader marketing mix as priorities shift.

What you'll own

  • SEO strategy and execution end-to-end: keyword research, technical SEO, on-page optimization, content briefs, link building, and reporting
  • Organic traffic growth and, more importantly, organic-sourced pipeline and revenue
  • Working with internal and external content resources to ship SEO-driven content on a consistent cadence
  • Site architecture, schema, Core Web Vitals, and the technical foundations that make content rank
  • AEO and emerging organic surfaces (LLM citations, AI Overviews) as they become more material
  • Monthly reporting on organic performance against pipeline targets
  • Flexing into adjacent growth work (paid, lifecycle, CRO) as quarterly priorities shift

What we're looking for

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in growth or SEO roles, ideally within B2B SaaS, with at least 2 years where SEO was your primary focus
  • Demonstrated ownership of an SEO program that produced measurable pipeline impact, not just traffic
  • Strong technical SEO foundations: you can read a crawl report, diagnose indexing issues, and brief engineers without needing translation
  • Comfort with the full SEO tool stack (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs or Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar)
  • Ability to write or heavily edit content briefs; you don’t need to be a writer, but you need to know what good looks like
  • A strong bias toward measurement. You instinctively connect activity to revenue, not vanity metrics
  • Comfortable being the only SEO person in the room and the most senior marketer in your specialty

Nice to have

  • Experience in events, associations, or membership-driven businesses
  • Paid search experience, particularly with Google Ads
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs for attribution
