At PheedLoop, we build powerful event management software that helps associations, trade shows, conferences, and corporate event teams run better events. Our platform powers everything from registration and mobile apps to onsite check-in, badge printing, lead retrieval, and exhibitor management.
We've built a strong presence across North America, and now we're looking to accelerate our growth in Europe. We're hiring a Full Cycle Sales Representative to be our first dedicated sales hire focused on the European market. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building territory from the ground up, creating opportunities, and closing deals. You'll own the entire sales process from prospecting to signing contracts and play a key role in expanding our footprint across the region.
🌍 📍 Location Preference: While this is a fully remote position, we are ideally seeking a candidate based in London, UK. As our first dedicated sales hire focused on Europe, proximity to one of the region's largest business hubs will help support relationship-building, networking, and market expansion efforts.
What You'll Own
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
- Manage the full sales cycle from first touch through signed agreement
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations with prospective customers
- Build relationships with event organizers, associations, trade show organizers, and corporate event teams
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline within the European market
- Prepare proposals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records and forecasting within the CRM
- Work closely with leadership, marketing, and customer success teams to identify growth opportunities
- Provide market feedback and insights to help shape our European expansion strategy

This role is neither a traditional Account Executive role where leads are handed to you and nor a traditional BDR role where you're only responsible for prospecting. You'll own the entire process!

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales role
- Proven experience prospecting and generating your own pipeline
- Experience managing opportunities through the entire sales process
- Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Comfortable working independently and owning results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Nice to Have
- Experience selling SaaS software
- Experience selling to event professionals, associations, trade shows, or corporate organizations
- Experience working with international customers
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and modern sales tools
Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 CAD
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 - $150,000 CAD
- Earnings potential varies based on experience, performance, and quota attainment
