This is a 100% in-person role at our Toronto office.
The Role
We’re looking for a strong communicator to join our team as Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will translate revenue marketing priorities into well-managed, executed programs that support commercial sales, pipeline generation, and campaign performance. You will blend marketing execution with project management by coordinating timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and reporting. You will help ensure campaigns launch on time, stay aligned to business goals, and drive measurable results.
You'll work closely with different team including Sales, our founders to keep our brand and pipeline moving.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, paid, content) that support pipeline and brand awareness goals.
- Write and coordinate content across the website, blog, email, and social; from drafting to publishing to performance tracking.
- Manage day-to-day execution of digital marketing programs, including landing pages, email nurture sequences, and campaign tracking in our CRM.
- Support event marketing and webinars; promotion, registration tracking, and follow-up — fitting given PheedLoop's own product space.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance (traffic, conversion, engagement), turning data into clear recommendations.
- Partner with Sales and leadership on employer-brand and go-to-market initiatives as needed.
- Keep our marketing tooling, calendar, and asset library organized and up to date.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of marketing experience at a software or technology company (SaaS strongly preferred).
- Hands-on experience across at least two of: content, email/CRM marketing, paid/social, or campaign management.
- Comfort owning projects independently; this role has no direct reports, but does require the judgment to run initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Strong written communication; you can write clean copy and explain a campaign's results without a lot of hand-holding.
- Familiarity with common marketing/CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar) and basic analytics (GA4 or equivalent).
- A generalist mindset; comfortable moving between strategy and execution, and picking up new channels as priorities shift.
