About the Role

Phoenix is seeking a motivated and energetic HR Coordinator/Junior Recruiter to support high-volume recruitment and HR initiatives for both our internal team and healthcare practitioners. This role is perfect for someone looking to advance in their HR career while contributing to a fast-paced, mission-driven organization in the telehealth sector. You will manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, ensuring we bring in top talent to support the growth of our platform.

You will also play a key role in supporting HR processes and employee engagement efforts. As Phoenix continues to expand, this role will offer opportunities to contribute across various HR functions, making it ideal for someone who is adaptable and eager to take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for both internal roles and healthcare practitioners.

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, industry networks, and referrals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and support during the recruitment and onboarding process.

  • Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Assist with recruitment events and initiatives to build brand awareness and attract top talent for Phoenix’s growing platform.

  • Support the offer and onboarding stages for new hires, ensuring clear communication and a seamless transition.

  • Provide additional HR support, including employee engagement and HR administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR coordination is an asset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work with confidential information.
