What we're looking for
We're looking for an experienced Video Producer who will help craft compelling DTC and UGC videos. As a video producer, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing and enhancing Phoenix’s video and user-generated content to engage our audience and drive demand. This role works closely with the Marketing and Growth departments to gain insight and understanding of our brand and goals for success.
Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, edit and produce amazing video content for paid channels and organic from time to time.
Review creative briefs, develop storyboards, plan for production, and lead video shoots.
Creative work that is also impactful - hit key performance metrics (e.g. click-through rate, conversion rate, activation rate) while keeping the user and our brand in mind
Understand how to edit to keep the audience hooked
Employ advanced editing techniques to enhance video quality, including colour correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
Ensure all video content is optimized for performance and engagement across different channels.
Maintain and troubleshoot the various hardware and software equipment and systems needed (i.e., cameras, production equipment, edit systems, etc.).
Be able to work under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a video producer, ideally within the DTC or e-commerce space.
Strong knowledge of video equipment and techniques.
Proficiency in video editing software like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
A creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail and storytelling.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
