Working knowledge of paid social platforms such as Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, and related analytics platforms.
Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and similar platforms.
Experience using tools to support creative briefing and collaboration (e.g. Notion, Monday, Asana, Motion, Foreplay, Magic Brief, or equivalents).
Demonstrated ability to iterate on creatives based on performance data and testing results.
Comfortable presenting insights and learnings to internal stakeholders.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
Interest in or passion for improving the Canadian healthcare experience and a personal connection to the space.
