What we're looking for
You’ll be at the core of Phoenix’s growing team! Phoenix is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who wants to join an extremely fast-growing company, foster a fun and healthy culture, all while sourcing fantastic talent.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who's a little scrappy, curious, has an eye for talent, and amazing instincts when it comes to finding good people. We're in hyper-growth mode and are scaling our team quickly. You’ll own recruitment from start-to-finish, as well as contribute to other talent initiatives. You will help contribute to our growing team and foster the incredible culture that Phoenix has built with it’s small (but mighty!) team.

What you will do:
You will act as Phoenix’s most valuable ambassador! You will facilitate the process for active & passive candidates from initial contact to their first day on the job to ensure a delightful experience for every candidate
Manage your time between building a pipeline of qualified candidates, and interviewing interesting candidates
Manage external job postings and promote new career opportunities through your network and various strategic channels
Help define and execute on our hiring strategies to scale several teams through hyper-growth phase and continuously build a healthy pipeline of leads
Evolve our hiring principles, operational, and evaluation processes
Gain a deep understanding of all the roles at Phoenix and speak to them with clarity
Foster an incredible employee experience within the Phoenix team
What you bring:
1+ years of experience in a fast-paced recruitment role (agency or startup strongly preferred)
You have experience attracting, sourcing, and screening candidates
You care deeply about cultivating relationships, are an open communicator, can have lively, thoughtful conversations with candidates from all walks of life
You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
You’re organized and efficient, on top of every follow up
You have great perseverance! You’re adaptable, resilient, and open to feedback
You can thrive in a fast-paced working environment and aren’t afraid to take risks
Most importantly, you’re a people person and you love to have fun at work
