We are Plum – an HR Tech, B2B SaaS company helping organizations make data-driven talent decisions across the employee journey. We harness the predictive power of psychometric data so every candidate is matched to opportunities where they will flourish so businesses can thrive.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will join our CX team of six and will manage and deliver Plum products and services that support our customer’s successful use of our platform. You will focus on creating a best-in-class experience for our customers through effective onboarding of Plum talent solutions and ongoing support in their customer journey.
We are now a team of almost 50, having grown by more than 50% this year. Our roots are in Waterloo, Canada; however, we are fully remote (we don’t have a physical office!) and have team members from Vancouver to Texas to Halifax. Our ideal candidate will be located in Canada or the U.S. and willing to work in the Eastern Time Zone.

Who is a Customer Success Manager really?
- You are a true account manager and know exactly what it takes to effectively implement and manage a massive organization; onboard, manage accounts, grow, and expand.
- You understand change management and can assess stakeholder impact to aid in the creation of customized training and communication plans.
- You are a project management wiz! Customer presentations, pre-meeting prep, post-meeting follow-up, internal coordination, and knowing how to ensure deadlines are met is all second nature to you.
- You know how to truly get to the root of your customer’s business needs, from both a C-suite executive level as well as an individual contributor level and know why it’s important to do so.
- You can identify customer growth opportunities and execute that process from start to finish – identification, presentation, negotiation, and closing.

Requirements
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Proven track record of overachieving quota and results in a high-growth company environment.
- Proven track record of managing strategic accounts in net new & renewal environments.
- Very strong experience in project management and change management.
- Proven ability to generate a plan to ensure deep penetration into global accounts.
- Presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to implement, manage, and grow Mid-Market to Enterprise business within a process-oriented sales/customer success environment.
- HR tech, HR, Assessments, ATS, and HCM experience an asset, but not required.
- You are a customer-centric individual who prides themselves on creating a white glove experience for every stakeholder you deal with.
- You are self-confident, highly motivated, and enthusiastic.
- You show a sense of urgency to drive results, and you have excellent problem-solving skills.
- You excel at working independently but also know when to help your teammates or rely on them depending on the situation.
- You successfully lead multiple projects simultaneously, handle a fast-paced work environment, take on new challenges, and handle changing priorities/objectives.
- You are able to own new processes to support your efforts and objectively evaluate their performance. You are able to learn and fail fast.
- You have emotional and social awareness to align with varying stakeholders and remove blockers.
- You are motivated by challenges and incremental wins. You can stay positive and laugh when needed.
