Location: Saint John, NB or Remote Canada

What You’ll Be Doing

Procedureflow is a B2B knowledge management platform that helps organizations standardize complex processes and deliver consistent, high-quality customer service. By giving customer-facing teams the right knowledge, in the right process, at the right time, we help reduce errors, improve onboarding, and increase efficiency.

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic Marketing & Content Specialist to help grow our digital presence and support our content and campaign efforts. This role sits at the intersection of copywriting, content strategy, SEO, and social media — and is ideal for someone who loves crafting great content, building online visibility, and shaping the voice of a growing B2B brand.

Content & Copywriting

  • Write clear, compelling content for web, email, landing pages, blogs, sales materials, and presentations
  • Own and manage Procedureflow’s blog from writing and editing to publishing and performance tracking
  • Ghostwrite or guest-write thought leadership content for external publications and partner blogs
  • Support content creation for presentations, events, and internal communications
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and emerging AEO opportunities
  • SEO, AEO & Content Discovery
  • Research and apply SEO best practices to blog posts, landing pages, and website copy
  • Optimize content for search engines and answer engines
  • Identify content gaps and opportunities based on keyword trends and audience
  • Collaborate with web/design teams to improve on-page SEO and structure

Social Media & Community Engagement

  • Own Procedureflow’s social media strategy and calendar (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Write, schedule, and optimize engaging posts that support our brand, campaigns, and content strategy
  • Repurpose long-form content (blogs, case studies, webinars) into bite-sized, social-friendly formats
  • Monitor social trends, mentions, and industry conversations through social media listening
  • Engage in relevant online communities including Reddit, forums, and social

Campaigns, Events & Brand Support

  • Support campaign execution across email, digital ads, and gated content
  • Assist with promotion and content for webinars, virtual events, and conferences
  • Coordinate post-event follow-up content such as recaps, social snippets, and nurture emails

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all content and platforms
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success to align messaging
  • Stay current on trends in content marketing, SEO/AEO, social media, and community building

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, content, communications, or a similar role
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills across both short-form and long-form content
  • Experience managing corporate social media accounts and content calendars an asset
  • Knowledge of SEO and AEO best practices
  • Experience writing and optimizing blog content for organic discovery
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Canva, Figma, or similar
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple content projects and timelines
  • A strong sense of brand tone, storytelling, and audience engagement
  • A great attitude and willingness to try

Remote Workspace Requirements

Procedureflow is a remote-first company, and this is a work from home opportunity. Our head office is in Saint John, New Brunswick, (which is available to you as a workspace), but we know you can do your work from anywhere in Canada.
