The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis plays a key role in providing critical financial insight and strategic direction to leadership. You will be responsible for improving and maintaining FP&A processes, offering valuable perspectives based on data analysis, and contributing to the overall financial strategy. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication abilities, have a data-driven mindset, and have experience in the SaaS space.
Your Impact
- Assist in overseeing company financial planning activities, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term plans
- Work closely with various teams and leaders across the company as a financial advisor, helping to identify KPIs and metrics that influence business decisions and enhance performance
- Enhance the efficiency, speed, and automation of financial planning and analysis processes, contributing to the quality, timeliness, and transparency of financial data
- Participate in monthly/quarterly business reviews and contribute to the preparation of reports for the business and Board of Directors
- Support financial discipline and data-driven decision-making across various departments in the organization
- Conduct financial analyses and develop models to assist in making informed business decisions and identifying strategic growth opportunities
- Support and mentor a high-performing team, clarifying objectives, encouraging career development, and fostering team engagement
About You
- 7+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role in a high-growth, fast-paced setting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Experience in complex revenue forecasting, customer analytics (acquisition, retention, churn), and comprehensive financial planning, preferably for SaaS B2C subscription companies
- Strong capability to influence decision-making across functions and levels
- Adaptable to change and able to excel in a rapidly evolving environment
- Strategic thinking with a focus on organizational growth and collaboration
- Effective project management skills, with an ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects

- Prior experience with SaaS subscription business models is a plus
