We are seeking a Production Framer. This role guides a single, cross-functional team to perform at a high level both in the field and in the factory—refining processes, training crew members, and advancing our shift toward manufacturing-style efficiency.

What you will do:
- Actively participate in daily production and site installation, including hands-on work processing wall and floor panels using power and hand tools
- Guide the development and training of best practices for site installation
- Ensure consistent quality control throughout production and on-site installation
- Conduct mini tests and trials to evaluate value-added improvements in framing and panel processes
- Measuring, cutting, assembling, aligning, and installing various construction materials as per specifications and standards.
- Lead the implementation of 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles to improve flow, organization, and efficiency Conducting interior work, such as fitting interior doors and casings.
- Identify bottlenecks, waste, and inefficiencies and lead structured problem-solving
- Demonstrating expertise in building materials and selecting suitable products for both interior and exterior applications.
- Perform all framing, exterior finishing and roofing tasks under limited or no supervision
- Provide on the job training to others on all tasks and operations; act as an expert in all operations.
- Perform additional duties as required.
What you will need to succeed:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Experience in residential framing.
- Proficiency in building codes.
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with AutoCAD and REVIT software is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
- Familiarity with both imperial and metric measurement systems.
- Adaptability to changing work environments.
- Physical capability to lift and handle objects weighing up to 80 lbs.
