Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of software business development or sales experience with a track record of exceeding achievement.

  • Expert Organizational skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in engaging with C-level executives.

  • Ambitious spirit with a bold hunter mentality.

  • Proven business acumen demonstrated in a B2B environment.

  • Ability to multitask and maintain relationships internally and externally.

  • SaaS experience and/or P/C insurance is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth to achieve meeting and pipeline targets.

  • Prospect to Identify and engage potential clients through various channels.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.

  • Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective clients.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Track and report on sales performance metrics.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

  • Travel is requried

Compensation:

  • Salary range: TBC

  • Additional compensation includes a recommended commission amount and RSUs (Restricted Stock Units).


The US base salary range for this full-time position is $76,000 - . Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan. In addition, some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan, commissions, and/or long term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, company and employee performance.
