Riipen is looking for an Experience Manager to join our Partner Solutions Team!

As an Experience Manager, you will own the success of a portfolio of Riipen experiences - credit courses, internship cohorts, career-readiness initiatives, micro-placements, and other applied-learning offerings. Combining consultative relationship management with dedicated program stewardship, you will guide faculty, career-services teams, institutional, and industry partners in designing and launching high-quality experiences (industry projects for which students will receive academic credit) that deliver clear value for the entire work-integrated learning ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Success & Ownership
  • Build trusted, consultative relationships with Riipen partners from experience design through post-experience reflection, ensuring every interaction supports a high-quality work-integrated learning experience.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for experience health, proactively addressing match rate, partner engagement, deliverable completion, and employer feedback.
  • You thrive on curiosity and accountability; If something drifts off target, you feel personally responsible and bring it back in line, because learner and partner outcomes genuinely matter to you.
Experience Design & Management
  • Collaborate with Riipen partners to conceptualize and blueprint each project-based learning experience, developing outcome-aligned experience pages, integrating reflective practice and employability skill development, and confirming clear roles, milestones, and deliverables before launch.
  • Deliver end-to-end facilitation that spans employer recruitment and matching, student onboarding, project milestone monitoring, real-time troubleshooting, and outcomes reporting, ensuring seamless communication, high-quality reflection, and measurable learning impact throughout the entire experience lifecycle.
  • Set up experience configurations, including project templates, workflows, automated communications, and survey instruments so they directly reinforce the academic program’s learning goals.
  • Deliver concise, role-specific onboarding for educators, program staff, learners, and employers, live or asynchronously. Coach stakeholders to use data dashboards and reflection tools so they can monitor outcomes progress independently.
Impact & Advocacy
  • Actively monitor Riipen experience health dashboards; translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve learner outcomes and partner satisfaction.
  • Facilitate Experience Reflection sessions with program partners to capture wins, lessons learned, learner outcomes, and opportunities for deepening partner relationships.
  • Capture and amplify success stories and impact case studies, turning satisfied partners into advocates who champion Riipen within their networks, and supporting ROI storytelling and renewal efforts.
Collaboration & Community
  • Champion partner feedback to Product and Partner Solutions; keep partners informed of new features and their underlying value propositions.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Account Managers and cross-functional teams (Product, Employer Success, Sales) to deliver a seamless, unified service.
  • Represent Riipen values in professional forums; pursue ongoing learning that expands both your WIL expertise and our collective capability.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Great Candidates Will Have …
  • 3+ years in a client/customer-facing role (account management, customer success, sales, etc.);
  • Some experience in client consultation/facilitation;
  • Connect personally and professionally with our company values;
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment;
  • Have the ability to consistently deliver exceptional results on demanding timelines and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Be process and detail-oriented, creative, and with strong analytical skills;
  • Have a hunger and willingness to learn and adapt as Riipen the experiential learning landscape evolves.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with HubSpot and G-Suite for Business;
  • Experience executing product demonstrations;
  • Knowledge or experience with project-based experiential learning or higher education;
  • Experience and success working with remote teams.
