About Rippling

Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.

Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.4B+ from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.

We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.

About the role

Rippling is looking for an experienced Product Marketer, Program Manager or Enablement professional to join our Revenue Enablement team to support the Product Sales Organization.

Alongside Enablement Program Managers, you’ll jointly identify opportunity areas for training and documentation, source and develop training materials, create highly polished sales content and manage logistics for ongoing initiatives. You will directly impact the productivity and efficiency of our Product Sales Organization by ensuring every enablement program, from new hire onboarding to major product launches, is flawlessly executed.

You'll serve as the operational backbone of our team, owning the critical day-to-day logistics and coordination. This includes partnering with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to ensure that all training assets, communications, and program schedules are accurate and delivered on time. By meticulously managing these processes, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our sales teams have the right knowledge and resources exactly when they need them, directly supporting the success of our growth initiatives.

You’ll love this role if you’re passionate about efficient operations, getting into the details, developing highly polished sales materials, seeing a project through from planning to successful execution, and making a significant impact on the productivity of a fast-growing sales team.

What you will do

  • Program Coordination: Own coordination and logistics for new hire onboarding and general enablement programs, including managing the calendar, coordinating with presenters, ensuring all content and resources are readily available and consistently up to date, and pre- and post-session communications
  • Content Management: Maintain, update and create net new content in the enablement content library (via Newsletter, Confluence, and a shared drive), ensuring all materials are current, accurate, and easily accessible to the sales team. You are excellent at distilling complex topics into easily digestible formats for a sales audience
  • Communications: Manage and execute communication plans for product launches, program updates, and key initiatives. This includes a weekly newsletter, steady Slack updates, and other forms of communication to keep the team informed on critical process changes and new resources.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies in enablement processes, particularly in how we manage content, communications, and program logistics.
  • Use a variety of interactive teaching methods to conduct and administer remote and live training to our teams
  • Analyze pre-project data and conduct retrospective analysis to identify key success factors and recommend actionable process improvements

What you will need

  • Location: Based in Bangalore, India, with the ability to work EST hours
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in an enablement, product marketing, program management, or a related operational role, preferably within a fast-paced technology or B2B sales environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Content development: excellent content creation skills (Powerpoint, Confluence, etc.)
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience distilling complex topics into readily accessible materials for a sales audience. Experience drafting professional communications, including newsletters and program announcements.
  • Team Player: A proactive and collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Google Workspace and Confluence is a plus!
