About the role
We’re looking for a technically curious, systems-oriented Sales Operations Engineer to join our Revenue Operations organization, with a focus on building the infrastructure and automation that power our global sales organization. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end technical execution of Revenue Operations initiatives – architecting data pipelines, building internal tools, and embedding AI-driven automation into critical workflows across the sales lifecycle. Your work will impact hundreds of sellers (across AE & SDR), and win hundreds of millions in pipeline.
You’ll partner closely with Sales Operations, Business Systems, Data Science, and Growth Engineering teams to improve system architecture and implement automation across the sales lifecycle – from lead routing and territory updates to forecasting and performance analytics. You’ll also drive how AI is embedded into our operational stack, leveraging intelligent automation and data modeling to drive efficiency, accuracy, and speed in decision-making.
This is a high-impact builder role for someone who thrives on solving complex operational problems through elegant technical design and who wants to help redefine how modern sales operations are engineered.
What you will do
Automation & AI Integration
- Lead the identification and implementation of AI-powered automation opportunities across sales workflows
- Partner closely with GTM Teams. Embed with Sales & Marketing to translate business challenges into technical solutions, spot opportunities, and ship improvements.
- Find parts of SDR and AE workflows that you can automate / level up to save time and improve outcomes
- Build, test, and deploy intelligent automation models or scripts that improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership to embed automation into core operating rhythms
- Document and maintain standards for data governance and automation best practices
Data Infrastructure & Analysis
- Take advantage of our treasure troves of structured & unstructured data to improve sales performance and help us learn more about our customers
- Develop SQL queries, data models, and APIs that power operational reporting, dashboards and workflows
- Ensure data integrity across Salesforce and analytics environments, helping to standardize GTM metrics and data definitions
- Partner with Sales Strategy & Operations to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and workflows
System Design & Architecture
- Own the design and implementation of scalable, reliable data pipelines between Salesforce, data warehouses, and downstream tools. You will be building + maintaining systems that need to scale across product suites, geographies, and that will stand the test of time.
- Architect and maintain automation frameworks to streamline high-volume sales processes (i.e., lead routing, territory refreshes, forecasting data feeds)
- Partner with Business Systems and Growth Engineering to ensure GTM architecture supports cross-functional needs across Sales, Marketing, and Account Management
What you will need
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Data Engineering, GTM Engineering, or a technical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience building data pipelines or ETL processes using modern tools (i.e., Snowflake, Databricks, dbt)
- Advanced understanding of Salesforce architecture and GTM tech stacks
- Experience with Python or another scripting language for workflow automation and API integration
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in Sales or Revenue Operations contexts
- Fluency in GTM tools (Clay, Salesforce/Hubspot, Outreach / Apollo, Demandbase / 6sense, etc.), APIs, and automation platforms (Zapier, Workato, n8n).
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable technical designs
- Commercial orientation. You understand sales and marketing motions and can tie technical work to revenue outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – capable of working cross-functionally within Sales, Data, and Systems teams
