About the role
Rippling Spend is the first all-in-one spend management platform that brings payroll, corporate cards, expense management, travel, bill payments, procurement, and more into a single system. It gives companies complete control over every dollar spent—without having to lift a finger.
As the Head of Marketing for Rippling Spend, you’ll own every aspect of marketing for Rippling’s finance suite, from the very top of the funnel to the very bottom.
You’ll set the vision and run the Rippling Spend suite like a CMO of a startup inside a larger startup. You’ll oversee Product Marketing, Brand, Demand Gen, and Growth as you help scale ARR to $XXX,XXX,XXX across the United States, Canada, and Europe.
What you will do
- Run the entire marketing org.
Lead product marketing, brand, demand gen, and growth to develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy for the Rippling Spend suite (>5 SKUs).
- Scale to $XXX,XXX,XXX ARR globally.
Own pipeline creation targets through coordinated demand generation programs, digital campaigns, field events, and ABM initiatives.
- Deploy multimillion-dollar brand and ABM programs.
Partner with Sales to design and launch high-impact ABM motions for priority segments and enterprise accounts, alongside nationwide advertising campaigns.
- Build scalable, measurable growth channels.
Design and optimize campaigns with clear attribution and reporting across digital, outdoor, TV, and more to measure impact throughout the funnel. - Set strategy and own the budget.
Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, RevOps, and Finance to align on messaging, goals, budgets, and measurement frameworks.
What you will need
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a track record of building high-performing demand generation and growth teams
- 3+ years of leadership experience with direct ownership of pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Proven success running integrated campaigns and ABM programs in high-growth or enterprise SaaS environments
- Deep understanding of marketing attribution, funnel analytics, and MarTech (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, etc.)
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and inspire senior ICs and managers
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive presence, with experience partnering closely with Sales and Product
- Sharp editorial and content strategy skills, with an eye for customer storytelling and thought leadership
