About the role

We are looking for an expert in Learning & Development (L&D) and multimedia creation to step into the role of Senior Program Manager, Learning & Content Production.

This individual will be the authoritative owner of the Sales Onboarding curriculum and continuous learning paths housed within our Learning Management System (LMS). You will be responsible for applying modern instructional design principles (ADDIE/SAM) to transform strategic content into engaging, high-retention learning experiences.

This role requires expertise in modern video production (especially AI-driven tools) and a passion for working directly with Enablement PMs to ensure every live training or product update is immediately captured and translated into scalable, on-demand learning modules.

What you will do

1. Content Development

  • Curriculum Design: Own the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of the Sales Onboarding curriculum and continuous learning paths for all revenue roles within the LMS.
  • Multimedia Production: Expertly create high-quality, engaging video and multimedia content using tools like HeyGen, Google Vids, NotebookLM, and standard video editing software.
  • Template Creation: Develop standardized, visually compelling learning templates for the LMS and supporting documentation in Confluence.

2. Stakeholder Management

  • Enablement Partnership: Serve as the L&D consultant to Enablement Program Managers, ensuring that content created for live training sessions is immediately integrated, updated, and governed within the LMS learning paths.
  • Field Feedback Loop: Establish a process to capture and integrate field feedback to continuously iterate and refine curriculum based on real-world skills gaps and sales outcomes.

3. Project Management

  • LMS Administration: Own the operational governance, configuration, and user experience within the LMS, ensuring seamless access and reliable reporting.
  • L&D Execution: Manage multiple curriculum design projects simultaneously, ensuring all learning assets are delivered on time for new hire classes and product launches.

4. Presentation & Communication

  • Instructional Quality: Ensure all learning materials utilize sound instructional design methodology, clear voice-over, and professional production standards for maximum learner retention.

5. Data & Analytics

  • Measure L&D Impact: Design and implement pre/post-testing, certification mechanisms, and reporting to measure the effectiveness of learning content (knowledge transfer, quiz scores, time-to-competency).

6. Domain Expertise

  • Instructional Design: Apply deep expertise in instructional design to create blended learning solutions, including self-paced, virtual instructor-led (VILT), and micro-learning content.

7.Execution & Delivery

  • Rapid Deployment: Maintain a high pace of delivery, ensuring that new product information and process updates are immediately incorporated into the relevant LMS modules and learning tracks.

What you will need

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Instructional Design, or Learning & Development (L&D), specifically supporting sales or technical teams.
  • Mandatory: Expert knowledge of L&D principles, curriculum design, and extensive experience administering an enterprise LMS (e.g., Sana, Seismic, WorkRamp,).
  • Mandatory: Proven hands-on proficiency with modern video/AI content creation tools (e.g., HeyGen, Google Vids, Descript, Vyond) to develop engaging digital learning assets.
  • Deep understanding of how to translate live training content into scalable, on-demand learning modules.
  • Exceptional eye for design and content polish, with a demonstrated ability to create visually compelling and usable training and sales materials.
  • Ability to thrive in very fast-paced environments, effectively managing shifting priorities and handling multiple tasks without becoming easily overwhelmed.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with a bias towards action.
  • Strong operational excellence skills – understands how to organize chaos, streamline processes, and create efficient workflows.
