The Opportunity
At Rippling, Implementation isn’t just a department, it’s our competitive advantage. We are looking for a strategic, customer obsessed Implementation Manager (individual contributor) to join our Global team located in Sydney.
In this role, you won’t just implement and oboard clients; you will be their architect for initial success. You’ll partner with businesses to transform their HR and Payroll operations, ensuring they see the value of the Rippling platform with speed. If you enjoy navigating ambiguity, building strong relationships, and managing complex implementation projects from kick-off to "go-live," you’ll thrive here.


How You’ll Make an Impact
Your success will be measured by your ability to drive Adoption, maintain high CSAT, and accelerate Time to Value.

  • Own the Journey: Partner 1:1 with SMB and Mid-Market customers to lead end-to-end implementations of our solutions
  • Be the Expert: Become a Rippling product expert translating complex technical features into intuitive solutions for your customers
  • Project Management: Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously. You’ll be responsible for maintaining Velocity: keeping projects on track while ensuring a seamless transition: Speed and impact.
  • Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Product and other CX teams to advocate for your customers
  • Navigate Complexity: Expertly manage critical conversations and escalations, turning potential roadblocks into opportunities for deeper partnership.

  • Customer Advocacy: You are energized by customer engagement and possess the "skills to manage customer from HR Managers, Payroll Specialists to C-Suite Executives.
  • Organized & Agile: You have a proven track record of managing multiple priorities. You thrive in autonomous environments where you can create order out of ambiguity.
  • Clear Communicator: You can distill complex information into clear, actionable steps for your clients.
  • Resilience: You approach challenges with a "can-do" attitude and aren't afraid to dive deep into documentation to find the right solution.
  • Domain Knowledge: You have experience with HRIS and Australian-based Payroll - Desirable (not essential)

Bonus Points

  • Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment (Implementation, Technical Account Management or Customer Success).
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Salesforce, or the Google Workspace.
