You will lead Spoonity’s marketing strategy and execution in Latin America, working closely with Sales, RevOps, and Partnerships to align go-to-market priorities, improve lead conversion, and drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth. This role offers the opportunity to build a key function within a fast-scaling startup and directly shape how Spoonity expands its business in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Leadership
- Own the LATAM/US marketing strategy aligned with the global GTM plan.
- Partner with Sales, Partnerships and Customer Success to align objectives with revenue goals.
- Define quarterly OKRs tied to pipeline growth, lead quality, and brand visibility.
- Manage the regional marketing budget and track ROI across all programs.
Demand Generation and Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns across digital, events, and partnerships.
- Oversee website localization, SEO/SEM, paid media, email automation, and social media.
- Implement performance frameworks to track attribution, engagement, and conversions.
- Optimize MQL to SQL conversion rate through close collaboration with Sales.
Account-Based and Partner Marketing
- Design and execute ABM campaigns targeting key enterprise and franchise accounts.
- Build localized messaging and creative assets in English and Spanish.
- Establish relationships with strategic partners, associations, and media outlets.
- Support co-marketing campaigns with partners to expand reach and pipeline contribution.
Brand and Content
- Shape the brand narrative and positioning across LATAM markets.
- Lead development of localized content, case studies, and executive thought leadership.
- Ensure consistency across digital, events, and sales enablement materials.
Analytics and Operations
- Define KPIs and reporting cadence across all marketing programs.
- Partner with RevOps to maintain clean funnel data, accurate attribution, and marketing automation processes.
- Present data-driven insights to leadership on campaign performance and ROI.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in loyalty, retail tech, or fintech.
- Proven record generating pipeline in Spanish-speaking markets.
- Experience leading campaigns across multiple countries and languages.
- Deep understanding of digital channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication and leadership ability.
