We empower thousands of digitally focused companies to deliver outcomes and exceptional campaign performance every day. StackAdapt was founded with a vision to be more than an advertising platform — it’s a hub of innovation, imagination, and creativity.

We’re looking for a Digital & Demand Generation Manager, APAC to drive measurable growth across the region through strategic, data-led digital marketing. This role is both strategic and hands-on — leading the execution of regional programs such as sponsorships, webinars, and campaigns, while influencing APAC’s digital strategy for paid media, email, and lead generation.

You’ll work closely with the Global Growth Team — across Marketing Operations and Digital — to review and adapt global programs for APAC markets, ensuring regional relevance, optimal performance, and channel innovation (e.g., new market launches, new paid opportunities). You’ll also create and run the end-to-end launch APAC-specific campaigns. Equally, you’ll collaborate deeply with local sales teams to ensure that leads are actioned effectively and that marketing efforts directly support regional revenue growth.

This is a highly cross-functional role suited to someone who thrives on collaboration, data, and driving impact through precision marketing.

We are looking at candidates based in either Singapore or Sydney for the role.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with Global Growth (Marketing Ops & Digital) to localize and optimize global campaigns for APAC — ensuring relevance, performance alignment, and efficient budget use.
  • Own and execute APAC sponsorships, webinars, and digital activations end-to-end, from planning and content creation, to promotion to post-event analysis. Manage regional sponsorship budget and secure global approval for any new paid recommendations.
  • Provide strategic feedback on global digital and marketing automation plans, recommending optimizations or new opportunities for APAC markets and channels.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to align messaging, value propositions, and content with APAC market nuances and audience needs.
  • Work with Global Growth to create and optimize digital strategies for paid and email marketing, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and local objectives.
  • Partner closely with Sales to ensure timely lead follow-up, monitor conversion flow, and continuously improve the connection between marketing and pipeline growth
  • Measure and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, HockeyStack, and Salesforce, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support always-on demand generation and lead nurturing programs that fuel sustainable pipeline growth.
  • Partner with content and creative teams to develop assets tailored for regional audiences and platforms, including managing translation workflows and materials as StackAdapt expands into new markets.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or campaign management, ideally within adtech, martech, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record in running and optimizing multi-channel digital programs that drive pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of APAC market dynamics and ability to translate global strategies into locally relevant initiatives.
  • Excellent program manager, with the ability to keep multiple teams aligned and working towards common outcomes
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, HockeyStack, and digital advertising, webinar and project management platforms (Asana, BigMarker, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills — able to work fluidly between global growth teams and regional sales.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for experimentation, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic communicator who’s equally comfortable executing campaigns and presenting insights to leadership.
