StackAdapt is hiring is Senior Director, Inventory Development, reporting directly to the Global Vice President. The individual will own StackAdapt’s publisher engagement and inventory partnership strategy across the entire Asia-Pacific region. This leader will be responsible for expanding and deepening strategic, technical, and legal relationships with key supply partners, broadcasters, and CTV players across APAC.
In this highly visible role, you will serve as the senior point of contact for regional partners, guide market-level partnership strategy, and collaborate closely with global and regional Sales, Account Management, Product, and Technical Solutions teams. You will represent StackAdapt at industry events and with senior executives across the ecosystem, acting as an ambassador for our vision and capabilities.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience with DSPs and/or SSPs, a strong network across APAC’s CTV and broadcaster landscape, and the ability to drive regional strategy at scale.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own the APAC partnership strategy: Lead publisher engagement, inventory development, and supply growth initiatives across all APAC markets.
- Scale emerging channels: Drive growth across all channel formats with a heavy focus on expanding emerging media—particularly CTV, BVOD,audio, DOOH and premium publisher integrations.
- Strengthen regional supply enablement: Oversee enablement, activation, and expansion of publishers within StackAdapt’s deals library across diverse APAC markets.
- Set and measure success metrics: Establish clear KPIs and frameworks for evaluating inventory access, performance, and partner success region-wide.
- Executive-level relationship management: Build, own, and deepen senior relationships with major APAC publishers, broadcasters, and SSP partners.
- Identify programmatic trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities across APAC; translate insights into local and regional strategies.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Technical Solutions to ensure partner needs and regional considerations influence product development and platform innovation.
- Represent StackAdapt at APAC conferences, partner meetings, and industry events; travel as needed across APAC.
- Drive supply-side growth and support commercial goals across APAC, ensuring high-quality inventory access that accelerates client success.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- 12+ years of experience in advertising technology, with senior roles in sales, business development, supply partnerships, or account leadership (CTV/ broadcaster experience strongly preferred).
- Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSP/SSP dynamics, supply monetization, and cross-platform digital advertising.
- Proven experience managing partnerships across multiple APAC markets, including cultural and regulatory awareness.
- Strong executive relationship-building skills, with the ability to command trust with senior external and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success influencing product and technical teams to develop solutions that meet partner needs.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience representing a business at industry events, speaking engagements, or executive-level meetings.
- Additional Asian language proficiency is a plus but not required.
