The Opportunity

Studeo is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Success team. Reporting to the VP, Customer Success, the Onboarding and Renewal Specialist, Real Estate will be responsible for delivering a world-class onboarding experience as well as saving and renewing customers at risk for churning. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator that has worked with SMBs in the past, ideally supporting a software-as-a-service offering. Note that this is a full-time fully-remote role, covering a parental leave through August 2026. There may be an opportunity to become a full-time permanent employee at that time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Guide New Customers Through Onboarding – Lead new users through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use Studeo’s platform effectively.
  • Conduct Product Training – Host live or recorded training sessions to educate customers on key features and best practices to maximize adoption.
  • Monitor Engagement & Address Roadblocks – Track customer progress during onboarding, proactively identifying and resolving any issues preventing adoption.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Customer Success – Work closely with Sales to ensure a smooth transition from purchase to onboarding and with Customer Success to hand off engaged users.
  • Gather & Analyze Feedback – Collect insights from new customers to improve onboarding workflows and drive product enhancements.
  • Drive Early Adoption & Retention – Ensure customers reach key activation milestones, setting them up for long-term success and reducing early churn risk.
  • Mitigate Customer Churn – Meet with customers at risk of churning, identify their needs, and ensure they understand how the platfirm addresses those needs in order to retain them as customers.

How We’ll Measure Your Success:

  • Time to Value (how quickly clients experience the value of our product)
  • Days in Onboarding (how long the onboarding process takes)
  • Generating Advocates (how many clients become promoters of Studeo)
  • Accounts saved (how many at-risk accounts were renewed)

What We’re Looking for in a Candidate:

  • You have experience working with clients, ideally in a SaaS company.
  • You have at least 3 years of project or client account management experience (Customer Success is a plus)
  • You have experience working with SMB customers, specifically real estate agents or brokerages would be a plus
  • You have sales experience and/or training
  • You're great at managing your time, staying organized, and solving problems
  • You're not afraid to speak up and share your ideas
  • Experience with Hubspot and ChurnZero (bonus)
  • You're detail-oriented
  • You're an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and you have great presentation skills
  • You're tech-savvy and willing to learn new software
