Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Define and drive our architecture and tech strategy, ensuring robust, scalable systems
• Hands-On Coding: Actively code across the stack, perform code reviews, and set high development standards
• Project Oversight: Plan sprints, manage backlogs, and collaborate with CTO, Product Manager and Designer
• DevOps & Quality: Oversee CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments (Azure and GCP), and maintain system reliability
• Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and continuously introduce improvements

• Experience: 8+ years in software development
