  • Monitor inventory levels, manage consumables on a regular basis and assist in procurement planning for the simulation department’s needs.
  • Maintain records of equipment use, maintenance, and incidents.

Safety and Quality Assurance

  • Ensure simulation spaces meet institutional safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Support compliance with institutional and accreditation-related requirements.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Liaise with faculty, program leads, and CETL staff to confirm session-specific requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (AV, IM, Facilities) to align operational planning and ensure seamless simulation delivery.
  • Support CETL-hosted tours, demonstrations, and simulation events as required.

Documentation and Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain documentation related to setup procedures, maintenance logs, and operational checklists.
  • Contribute to identifying and implementing workflow improvements for efficiency and consistency.

Qualifications
