Position Summary

The Research Analyst I will support a SSHRC-funded knowledge synthesis examining ecological determinants, digital sustainability, and artists’ health. Working within the Artists’ Health Centre at UHN, the analyst will contribute to literature screening, advanced data organization, qualitative analysis, and supporting policy-relevant outputs. The analyst will have the opportunity to contribute to the advanced stages of data analysis and manuscript drafting.

Duties

  • Conduct full-text screening and data extraction
  • Perform qualitative coding and thematic analysis
  • Support realist-informed (CMO) synthesis
  • Contribute to drafting synthesis reports and academic outputs
  • Assist in development of policy briefs and knowledge mobilization materials
  • Support coordination of stakeholder engagement activities
  • Maintain research rigor and documentation processes
  • Other project-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recently completed a graduate degree (public health, arts, social sciences, environmental studies, or related field)
  • Experience with qualitative research and/or systematic reviews
  • Strong analytical and academic writing skills
  • Familiarity with NVivo, Covidence, or similar tools is an asset
  • Knowledge in artists’ health and/or ecological determinants of health an asset
