THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator is the operational backbone of the marketing team, owning the hands-on execution that brings campaigns, content, and events to life. This role ensures that emails get sent on time, pages launch cleanly, webinars run smoothly, and brand assets are produced with precision. The ideal candidate thrives on detail, consistency, and smooth processes, serving as a critical partner who keeps the engine running smoothly so the whole team can move faster and smarter. Reports to: Manager, Brand & Demand, and may work with Product Marketing, Content, Education, and Sales Enablement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Execute digital marketing initiatives across email, web, light design, and webinars with strong attention to detail and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with the Manager of Brand and Demand on planning, building, optimizing, and reporting on email and webinar campaigns that drive lead generation.
  • Build and QA marketing assets (emails, landing pages, forms, creative), ensuring accuracy, mobile responsiveness, and consistent brand presentation.
  • Understand audiences and segments to support lifecycle marketing execution and marketing automation workflows to increase personalization, efficiency, and performance.
  • Produce clear and visually compelling creative assets for email, web, and digital campaigns using Canva.
  • Support live and virtual events, including webinar setup, reminders, technical hosting, and post-event communications.
  • Maintain performance dashboards, compile reporting, and surface insights that guide ongoing testing and optimization.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation, documentation, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving.

YOU ARE A GREAT CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE:

  • 2+ years in digital marketing, production, or coordination roles.
  • Experience working in HubSpot Marketing Hub, WordPress, Zoom Webinars.
  • Comfortable in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Creative mindset with a strategic approach to marketing and design.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
  • Strong and concise communicator, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
  • Task-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize and balance multiple/simultaneous projects
  • High energy, positive presence that loves variety, executing, and learning by doing.
  • Proficiency in planning and executing email marketing campaigns
  • Practical design and content production skills, with the ability to create a variety of digital assets for multi-channel use.

Success in this role looks like:

  • Support webinar and event operations, including Zoom registration setup, reminder and follow-up emails, tech checks, live session facilitation, and backstage management.
  • Assist in the creation and optimization of paid and organic social media campaigns that support webinars, promotions, and brand awareness.
  • Build and optimize email campaigns in collaboration with the Manager of Brand and Demand, including basic personalization, QA, and mobile responsiveness checks.
  • Create beautiful and compelling digital marketing assets including brand visuals, email banners, social media images, videos, and digital ads that align with brand standards and design best practices.
  • Build and maintain landing pages in WordPress following brand standards, web design and SEO best practices.
  • Implement marketing automation elements across campaigns, including forms, UTM tracking, integrations, and event triggers.
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation by setting up test variations (copy, creative, timing, layout, segmentation) and monitoring performance.
  • Contribute to monthly reports on webinars, email performance, and partner marketing, including leads, sales, open/click rates, conversions, and unsubscribe trends.
