The Opportunity
Unyte Health is seeking a mission-driven sales professional, or therapeutic, health or wellness professional with some sales experience, to join our Sales team as a Programs Consultant. This role plays a key part in converting inbound leads into sales while building long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.
As a Programs Consultant, you will connect with healing professionals, conduct product demonstrations, manage your sales pipeline, and close business in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing sales, working toward clear targets, and contributing to a purpose-driven organization in the health technology space.
What You Will Do
- Conduct product demonstrations to match customers' needs to the best possible solution
- Manage a monthly, quarterly, and annual sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets
- Meet and exceed weekly sales activity targets
- Develop relationships with healthcare professionals across the world
- Follow up with clients during the training stage to drive to sale
- Ask for the business and close a target of 60% of inbound leads
- Assist with developing client proposals and sales collateral on behalf of sales lead, as needed
- Support inbound sales calls during business hours
- Assess, qualify, and contact Market Qualified Leads (MQLs) assigned through the sales CRM
You Are a Great Candidate If You Have
- A completed university or college degree
- 3 or more years of sales experience and/or healthcare sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in person, phone, and email)
- A self-motivated, entrepreneurial team player mindset
- The ability to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines
- Experience using Google Docs, Slack, and CRM tools
- Alignment with Unyte Health’s mission and values

- Knowledge of common mental health diagnoses and treatment processes
- Experience in healthcare, therapeutic, or wellness environments

Expected Annual Salary: CAD $55,000 base + 15% commission (on-target commission approximately CAD $8,250)
