Job Description

We are looking for a high-impact Field Marketing Manager to act as the architect of our brand’s regional presence and the engine behind our pipeline growth. Based in Munich, you will establish our solutions as the gold standard for industrial manufacturing, building widespread market awareness and translating that momentum into a high-velocity revenue stream. This isn’t just about "managing" a region—it’s about scaling our footprint across the continent and transforming our digital and physical value propositions into a lead-to-revenue machine.

Core Responsibilities

  • Establish the Standard: Lead brand-building initiatives that position us as a thought leader in robotics and automation.
  • Full-Funnel Growth: Execute a playbook that balances top-of-funnel awareness with aggressive bottom-of-funnel conversion.
  • Demand Gen: Own the regional campaign strategy and execution across DACH, France, and the UK, utilizing both digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Flagship Events: Lead our strategy and execution at major shows like Hannover Messe and Interpack. Your goal: make our booth the center of gravity for innovation-seekers.
  • Content development: Partner with global teams to create localized campaign content (whitepapers, webinars, keynotes) addressing the specific challenges of European manufacturers.
  • Social Media: own and enforce the EMEA social media calendar, including content creation and publishing deadlines.
  • Champion the Customer Voice: Cultivate a network of "lighthouse" customers to co-create case studies and video testimonials that humanize our tech and validate ROI.
  • Sales & Channel Synergy: Arm our direct sales teams and partners with the stories and tools they need to win.
  • Market Intelligence: Act as the "eyes and ears" of the European market, gathering field insights to shape our global product roadmap.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Field or Growth Marketing, ideally within Industrial Automation, robotics, or SaaS
  • Proven ability to translate complex hardware/software specs into business outcomes that resonate with both engineers and C-level stakeholders
  • Skilled at navigating matrixed organizations and collaborating with globally distributed teams to deliver locally resonant initiatives
  • Experience thriving in high-growth environments, building scalable processes across borders
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and HubSpot
  • Proven budget management across multiple channels and segments with a clear ability to analyze and communicate ROI
  • Fluent in English and German; French is a major plus
