The Opportunity
VoPay is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support cross-functional marketing initiatives across content, campaigns, digital, events, and internal communications. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and can juggle multiple priorities across projects with minimal oversight.
This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who brings creativity, initiative, and a willingness to dive into every part of the marketing funnel—from social media and lead nurturing to event logistics and content production.
Campaign & Content Support
- Assist with the development and distribution of marketing content, including newsletters, social media posts, blog assets, ads, and presentations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support content for product releases, partner marketing, events, and thought leadership campaigns
- Ensure content is consistent with brand voice, messaging, and visual identity
Digital Marketing & Tools
- Help manage VoPay’s social media calendar and community engagement
- Support campaign setup and tracking in HubSpot, including segmentation and reporting
- Maintain key marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, Jira, Figma) and propose optimizations where needed
Event & Partnership Coordination
- Assist in planning and execution of B2B industry events—from sponsorship and logistics to booth design and follow-up
- Coordinate travel, scheduling, and preparation for event participation
- Prepare meeting materials, speaker decks, and partner briefing documents
Reporting & Operations
- Track campaign metrics and assist in building weekly and monthly reports
- Help monitor budgets, coordinate invoices, and track expenses
- Support the CMO in managing priorities, communications, and internal projects
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ Years proven experience in marketing operations or a similar role, demonstrating a track record of successfully implementing marketing initiatives
- A college or university degree.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Tech-savvy and resourceful: familiarity with G Suite, Jira, Figma, Social Media Management, Google Analytics, Wordpress.
- CRM Experience - HubSpot is preferable.
- Excellent event management skills.
- Experience with analytics and reporting.
- Be highly innovative, creative and pay excellent attention to details.
- Upbeat, positive, outgoing, personable and able to relate well with diverse groups.
- Excellent verbal, written and keyboard skills and organizational skills.
- Ability to take initiative, multi-task & work well under pressure.
