The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing—responsible for driving go-to-market (GTM) execution, refining positioning, enabling sales, and keeping us competitive in the fast-evolving fintech space.
You’ll combine market insights with creative storytelling to build compelling narratives, equip sales with the right tools, and ensure our product launches resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Enablement & Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Create sales collateral, one-pagers, pitch decks, and demo scripts to communicate product value.
  • Deliver product training to internal teams and external partners.
  • Act as the bridge between product, sales, and marketing, ensuring alignment on the roadmap and updates.

Go-to-Market (GTM) & Product Strategy

  • Develop and execute GTM plans for new product launches.
  • Define and refine product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions by segment.
  • Build and track KPIs to measure product marketing success.
  • Support pricing strategy, revenue models, and pricing tests.

Competitive & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Develop and maintain battle cards, product comparisons, and competitor insights.
  • Benchmark industry best practices and recommend refinements to campaigns and positioning.

Content & Campaign Development

  • Create impactful content: case studies, white papers, blogs, use cases, customer stories.
  • Collaborate with designers to develop visuals and showcase user experiences across channels.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid media) to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Oversee SEO and PPC strategies tied to product keywords and audiences.

Product Communications & Materials

  • Manage product assets, including webpages, guides, videos, presentations, and training materials.
  • Lead internal and external product communications: announcements, bulletins, updates.
  • Maintain product directories, ICPs, buyer personas, and launch planning sheets.
  • Collect and leverage customer testimonials, case studies, and product reviews.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related role (fintech/payments a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong grasp of GTM strategies, positioning, and campaign execution.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or embedded finance preferred.
  • Comfortable delivering product demos and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a bias for action.
