The Opportunity
VoPay is seeking a Marketing Generalist to support day-to-day marketing execution across channels, programs, and operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized, hands-on marketer who enjoys variety, thrives in fast-paced environments, and excels at turning plans into action. Reporting to Marketing leadership, this role works closely with Content & Social, Product Marketing, Sales & Marketing Ops, and Sales to ensure campaigns, events, and programs run smoothly and deliver measurable impact. This is an execution and enablement role, not a strategy-setting position.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Lead & Campaign Support
- Support inbound lead management processes in coordination with Sales & Marketing Ops.
- Execute and manage marketing campaigns within HubSpot, including emails, forms, landing pages, and workflows, using established processes and templates.
- Flag lead quality or process issues and collaborate with Ops and Sales to resolve them.
- Assist with campaign QA, testing, and performance tracking within HubSpot.
- Support lead nurture and email campaign execution in HubSpot.
Paid Media & Digital Execution
- Execute and maintain paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads.
- Support creative testing, copy updates, and landing page coordination.
- Monitor performance, pacing, and budgets, and assist with optimization reporting.
- Collaborate with Marketing leadership on campaign improvements.
Website & SEO Execution
- Conduct regular website audits for content accuracy, clarity, and performance.
- Update and manage web pages in WordPress or CMS tools.
- Support SEO execution, including on-page updates, content refreshes, and internal linking.
Coordinate with Content Marketing on copy updates and optimizations.
Email, Newsletter & Writing Support
- Support the creation and distribution of newsletters and email campaigns.
- Assist with copywriting and editing using approved messaging and content frameworks.
Help build and QA email campaigns, templates, and workflows.
Events, Partnerships & Marketplace Support
- Own logistics and execution for webinars, conferences, and partner events.
- Support event timelines, registrations, assets, and post-event follow-up.
- Maintain and update marketplace listings and partner directories.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure assets and messaging are up to date.
Partner Marketing & Enablement Support
- Support partner enablement initiatives by coordinating the creation, organization, and distribution of partner-facing materials.
- Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to gather inputs for partner documentation, FAQs, and enablement assets.
- Help maintain and update partner materials, portals, and shared repositories to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate execution of co-branded marketing initiatives, including webinars, events, campaigns, and content.
- Support logistics and timelines for partner-led or co-marketed events, including asset coordination, registrations, and follow-up.
- Act as a point of coordination for incoming partner marketing requests, helping prioritize, route, and track deliverables.
Marketing Operations & Reporting Support
- Assist with marketing performance reporting and dashboard preparation.
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting across campaigns, channels, and programs.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and internal marketing processes.
- Support martech tools and integrations (HubSpot, CMS, ad platforms).
- Help keep project management tools (Jira/Asana) organized and up to date.
Administrative & Team Support
- Support the Marketing Director with administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting prep.
- Help coordinate timelines, meetings, and cross-functional deliverables.
- Maintain organized marketing asset repositories in Google Drive.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, or a generalist role.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with digital campaigns, email marketing, and CMS tools.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or a technical environment is an asset.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
