[Wattpad] Client Success Coordinator

What You'll Do:
Work closely with the Client Success team to set up and execute brand campaigns, monitor performance and offer suggestions for optimizations
Participate in brainstorming sessions as part of the creative sales process
Assist with responding to RFP’s and providing strategic recommendations
Post content and manage brand profiles related to live campaigns
Review brand stories advertising copy, influencer content, contest entries and all other branded content to ensure it is in excellent spelling and grammatical standing, and meets all brand guidelines supplied by client(s)
Assist with campaign set up and ensure all ads are being served correctly
Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, and competitors
Work cross functionally with Ad Operations, Sales, Product and Marketing teams and WEBTOON Studios
Work with business operations team to optimize campaigns and meet client KPIs
Gather key learnings and recommendations for future campaigns
Maintain and update central team resources (Google Drive) and perform administrative duties such as billing and invoicing as required
Required Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in an advertising or marketing agency setting (internship and co-op also counts!)
Basic understanding of advertising campaign lifecycle from proposal and creative development through operation and reporting
Strong excel and PPT skills
Strong communication skills and a client-first attitude
Experience working with digital media
Some experience working directly with brands, as well as creative, media, and social agencies
Experience with branded content and native advertising products an asset, along with entertainment and/or CPG industry experience
