We are a high-volume, flat rate shop with a fair work-share policy, operating in a team environment, and led by a highly experienced Service Manager with over 40 years in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to industry flat rate time allowances
  • Provide accurate estimates and written vehicle reports for all work performed
  • Explain procedures and repairs to customers to build trust and long-term retention
  • Liaise with Management, Service Advisors, and Parts to ensure smooth workflow during repairs
  • Instruct, monitor, and share knowledge with apprentices
  • Perform daily bay inspections to maintain shop cleanliness and safety
  • Perform road tests in compliance with store policy
  • Report unsafe vehicles or shop hazards to management immediately
  • Comply with all company, store, and health & safety policies

Requirements

  • Red Seal Inter-Provincial Certification
  • Level 4 apprentices with sufficient logged hours will also be considered
  • CFC Handling Certification
  • Valid driver's license with a clean abstract for the province of employment
  • Ability to work effectively with computerized systems; CoStar experience an asset
  • Strong knowledge of current automotive technology across domestic and imported vehicles
