About the Role:
The QA Coordinator (Telecom) is responsible for supporting daily operations, troubleshooting, and ensuring high-quality data delivery. This role assists the Telecom team in addressing customer inquiries and maintaining data integrity across multiple platforms. This role also involves supporting analysts in adapting to evolving project requirements, interfacing with clients, and working with the flight operations team to ensure efficient data delivery.
Responsibilities:

Operational Support & Process Improvements
- Assist with daily operations and enhance workflow efficiency
- Help analysts with internal and external clarifications and requests
- Keep the team leaders informed of process and scope changes and assist in monitoring adaptation

Customer & Scope Management
- Assist in customer communications regarding project updates and follow ups
- Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and clients

Quality Control & Rejection Monitoring
- Next steps for resolution
- Responsible party for corrective actions
- Urgency and resolution timelines
- Track and resolve QC issues with appropriate support
- Assist with sorting and monitoring QC rejections to ensure timely follow-ups and ownership
- Analyze QC rejections by gathering data from multiple sources to determine:
- Communicate clearly with the Flight Operations team on recaptures
- Document resolutions, questions, and concerns with relevant parties
- Assist with analyzing recurring QC trends proactively to prevent future issues

Overall Quality Assurance
- Monitor and maintain high-quality data standards across the team
- Provide feedback and support corrective actions to enhance quality control
Responsibilities:
- Experience: 1+ years in the telecom field
- Strong independent work skills, including prioritization and problem-solving
- Ability to work remotely and coordinate effectively within a fully remote workforce.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in technology and drone operations (UAV experience is a plus)
